The adapter for third-party wireless headsets
Already normal headsets allow a much greater freedom of movement during a telephone call than normal telephone handsets. With wireless headsets, the freedom of movement is even much greater.
The Snom EHS Advanced Wireless Headset Adapter is compatible with Snom phones (Snom D3xx and D7xx series) and creates a bridge between professional VoIP telephony and wireless headsets from Jabra, Plantronics and Sennheiser.
The adapter supports the proprietary protocols of these manufacturers to enable call acceptance directly at the headset. As soon as the telephone receives a call, the original ring tone of the incoming call is signalled in the headset and the call can be accepted and also ended again at the headset.
